Psychological Evaluations

There may be times when a therapist, medical provider, social service agency, or courts seeks a more comprehensive evaluation of a client’s mental health so that appropriate interventions can be implemented or pursued. Conducting a psychological evaluation is a process that uses a combination of techniques to help arrive at some hypotheses about a person and their behavior, personality and capabilities. Psychological evaluations typically utilize interviews, review of collateral information, and the administration of formal psychological tests.
